HP | FKM regularly renders advice on all forms of contracts for the sale of vessels, charterparties, bills of lading, contracts of affreighment and other chartering documents, contracts of freight, transport disputes, shipping disputes, etc.; and are able to advise on marine insurance matters and disputes and handle maritime litigation and arbitration proceedings, seek the arrest of vessels and assets and the enforcement of judgements and awards. 

HP | FKM challenged the attempt by the Karachi Port Trust to regulate the Axle Load Regime in respect of the transportation of consignments imported by various members of the Pakistan Flour Mill Association and the All Pakistan Solvent Extractor’s Association, including Dalda Foods Limited, Sufi Oil Extraction (Private) Limited and Agro Trade (Private) Limited.
