HP | FKM has successfully represented Q Films Studios FZ-LLC, a foreign movie production house, in respect of a claim instituted by an ex international cricketer, wherein he attempted to evade a legally binding agreement for arbitration before the Sindh High Court. The Honorable Court was pleased to uphold the validity of the agreement to arbitrate and dismissed the case filed by Mr. Akhtar.
