Mohammad Hamza Khan is a Mid Level Counsel at  HP | FKM. After completing his LL.B. from the University of London and being called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2024, Hamza continued his academic journey with an LL.M. in commercial law from BPP Law School in Holborn, London.

Hamza brings an international perspective to his practice, having worked on diverse commercial and corporate matters in the UK before joining HP | FKM. His focus now lies in Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), project finance, and banking law. He assists clients in structuring complex PPP projects and has provided legal advisory services to both government entities and private sector companies on tax law, procurement, and corporate governance. His prior experience also includes working on cases related to intellectual property law, service law, and civil disputes.
