Mehreen Haider is a Barrister-at-Law (called to the Bar at the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2008) with extensive experience in dispute resolution and regulatory affairs, particularly within Pakistan’s telecommunications sector, where she has advised key operators like Telenor, Jazz, Ufone, and Zong. Her legal expertise extends to diverse industries, including significant work with Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) and Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL).

Distinguishing Mehreen is her unique fusion of legal acumen with specialized knowledge in health and wellbeing, gained through Stanford University courses in Food and Nutrition, and Employee Wellness and Stress Management. This provides her with a valuable perspective on the intersection of legal policies and organizational well-being.

Further enhancing her profile is her passion for sports law, evidenced by certifications from the American Council on Exercise, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of both the legal and physical aspects of the sports industry. She has advised clients in international disputes in relation to sports that went before Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS).

Mehreen also possesses expertise in critical policy areas such as technology, data protection, environmental law and climate change allowing her to navigate an ever-evolving regulatory landscape. As an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan, Mehreen offers a unique interdisciplinary skillset valuable across the telecommunications, environmental law, health technology, and sports law sectors.
