Mr. Mirza holds an LLM (with Distinction) in Corporate and Commercial Law, Queen Mary, University of London.
Mr. Mirza is a Barrister & Solicitor in the Province of Ontario licensed by the Law Society of Ontario. He is currently working in partnership with SimpsonWigle LAW LLP in Hamilton, Ontario.
He specializes in land development, land planning, condominium law, real estate transactions and conservation law.
Mr. Mirza has worked in numerous areas of law in Pakistan, particularly, telecommunications law, banking laws, construction related laws, company law, commercial law, intellectual property laws, constitutional law, competition/anti-trust law and services/labor law.
