Hudda Gul Rahim is a Junior Counsel at HP | FKM. She holds an LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of London and is admitted to practice before the KP Bar. Her practice encompasses commercial and civil litigation, arbitration, infrastructure and construction matters, corporate advisory, and regulatory work, with particular experience in disputes involving public-sector projects and contractual claims.

She has worked on complex matters involving Public Sector infrastructure projects , including infrastructure and construction disputes, contractual claims, arbitration proceedings, and challenges arising from the interpretation and implementation of project agreements. Her litigation practice also includes rent and tenancy disputes, defamation matters, and commercial disputes, while her advisory work extends to corporate structuring, non-profit organisations, and regulatory compliance.

She has a particular interest in commercial dispute resolution, arbitration, infrastructure development, and public-sector contracting, with experience in legal research, drafting pleadings and contractual documents, and assisting in proceedings before courts and arbitral forums.
