About Mariam: Mariam Saleem Malik is a seasoned corporate and regulatory lawyer with over 15 years of experience advising clients on cross-border mergers & acquisitions, complex joint ventures, competition law, and regulatory compliance. Trained under the former Chair of the Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP), she brings deep insight into the interplay between law, regulation, and commercial strategy.
